- The first phase of growth is from $0 to $50 million, In this phase, we take a hands-on approach to help our portfolio companies grow to $50 million by establishing the infrastructure, tools, technology and business processes required to set-up our investments for the next phase of growth.
- The second phase is the growth from $50 million to $250 million. This phase requires a different set of tools and business structure. In this phase, Trivaris takes an advisory role, and works with partners to support a culture that will ultimately achieve the goal of being a billion dollar business.
